Call Larry at 661 492 5335. Conservators and their lawyers are
predators. Example: Curtis Crawford separated Merit Cleveland from
her older sister Neta. A non-judge made the ruling. Neta had no
lawyer. Curtis now drives the rich sister's car and gets $800
from her estate each month. Curtis won't tell the poor sister
where her rich sister is. He kicked the 76 year old poor sister out
of their house. Now she is homeless and can't find her 84 year old
sister.

My main theory is in file #3794 in the files section. Calculating
the frequency of use of words is a method of analysis of writing.
The frequency provides a type of signature of the writing - at
least that is the theory that we discuss and apply in this group.

If you need a brief - - just ask! If you have a brief that you
are proud of - - post it here! We welcome briefs based
on "patriot" theory and also more traditional briefs. Please
remember that not everbody has WordPerfect or Microsoft word. I
recommend that you post in .pdf or html. Everybody can download
a .pdf reader for free from Adobe! Here are some free legal briefs
for traffic court, criminal cases and other cases. Who can afford
a lawyer? We are in the age of do-it-yourself lawyering --
especially when it comes to traffic courts. Public defenders feel
that they have done their job if they are with you in court. Only
a very few lawyers - (all private counsel) actually even know about
demurrers in criminal cases. You can bet that your public
defender won't write proposed jury instructions, investigate
witnesses, make suppression motions, move to dismiss, make a motion
in limine - or do any of the things that you saw on TV during the
O.J. Simpson trial.

Fred's support group. Fred Getzschman used sight drafts. Police
took his computers. They did not prosecute him. Fred sued the
police and won. They then arrested him for signing a court paper -
and they still kept his computer. They they arrested his son when
he tried to bring him money at the prison. That is when the Mom
called Lawyerdude. We got the son out of jail. Lawyerdude
visited the Getzschman's in Iowa. Then the Dad got out of jail
and suddenly the Getzschmans no longer spoke to Lawyerdude. The
feds then indicted both the Dad and Son for their sight drafts -
the ones that the Getzschmans told me they had used to pay their
bills because they must have worked because they never came back,
right? The Getzschmans asked me to fire their appointed
lawyers. I filled out the papers but then when the hearing came
they made a deal and kept their lawyers. Then a jury convicted them. They have sentencing in February 2003 I think. They
should get probation.
